What first struck me about this story was the attention to detail of the characters' expressions. I think you did a very nice job spending the time on matching expression to dialogue. I think one of the best examples is actually in the preview image you chose. Rachel's expression is one of surprise, mostly, but you can almost feel the hope building inside her as Zach goes through his explanation. Beside her, you can clearly see that Lucy is less than convinced with such a dubious expression. This is a subtle thing that can easily be overdone or not taken seriously enough, but I thought you pulled it off nicely.
Never having used Poser or DAZ, I don't feel qualified to give a serious critique on the actual figures, settings, etc. Some of the poses feel a little stiff, but that could be due to limitations in the software. The figures themselves look nice, and Zach looks very much the sleezebag he comes across as being.
As far as the story goes, it's good to receive some background as to how Rachel had gained her "condition". Zach comes across as the sort who acts long before he thinks. But the end reveals that perhaps there is more to him than is first believed. The same goes for Lucy. It would be interesting to find out the cause of her animosity towards him as it was only hinted at, but by the end I can better understand her feelings towards Zach, and that she is trying to look out for Rachel. Maybe not in the most diplomatic way, but I came to change my mind about her from how I first approached her character at the story's beginning.
Overall some good DAZ work and a good continuance of Rachel's story.
